My Teaching Philosophy

My goal as a teacher is to equip you with skills to explore your own musical creativity and self-expression. Whatever direction you want to go, I’m here to work with you on getting there.

I focus on physical and emotional well-being in conjunction with music, emphasizing techniques for injury prevention and healthy practice habits so the skills you learn with me will serve you for years.

Most importantly, I believe EVERYONE should have access to music education, no matter your background, age, or access needs. I will always tailor our lessons to what works for you.
